What it is

One idea per issue. Each one takes a single piece of the machinery of thought, why happiness runs on the same engine as sadness, why every conflict is an inner conflict wearing someone else’s face, why the zone is not a calmer mind, and states it in the fewest words it survives. Nothing to install, schedule, or practice. The idea arrives, and that is the whole transaction. Eighty-two issues are already in the archive.

Why it exists

Everything offered for an unquiet mind is a way of managing it. Watch it, name it, redirect it, sit with it, write it down, reframe it. Each of these works for the length of time you are doing it. Then the same mind resumes, unchanged, and the effort itself becomes another thing it runs. A disciplined mind is still a mind. That is not a discipline problem. It is what discipline means.

The state athletes call the zone, the Japanese called Mushin. Not a mind under control. A mind briefly absent.

How it works

One issue, one idea, stated once from every angle it has. No news, no trends, nothing that expires. Nothing is asked of you except attention.
